(hereafter referred to as “FutureMove”), a leading Connected Vehicle Digital and Mobility Service company in China, today announced it has closed an 100 million RMB Series A round of financing. This financing was led by Photon Fund with Bojia Investment and Kingdom Capital.

DFD Investment is an affiliation of Do-Fluoride New Energy Group. As the co-investor of this round of funding, it does not only bring the financial investment, but also the strategic resources. The New Energy vehicle business of Do-Fluoride is corresponding to FutureMove’s strategic deployment in the Digital and Mobility segments. “This cooperation is mutual benefited by both companies strategically. In November 2015, FutureMove had obtained a Pre A financing from VIE, the leading auto components providers in China. Currently, FutureMove has delivered 12 OEM-clients successfully including global leading OEMs, State-owned OEMs, JV, new auto makers and car renting companies in TSP, EV monitoring platform and operation, T-box and Mobility services.
